芭達雅The Lake四臥 五臥獨棟泳池別墅近水上市場 (Pattaya detached four-bedroom five-bed room pool villa)

這是我住過最雷的飯店Villa，入住要5000元押金，但是不會有任何的單據，房子位於高級住宅區，房子很漂亮但是打掃衛生很糟糕，床都是塌陷的，地板是髒的，要洗澡卻沒有熱水只能洗冷水，隔天早上要刷牙卻沒有水，入住要小心因為只有30瓦度數可以用電，超過的話要加收電費，我們入住完隔天很多人身上都過敏皮膚搔癢，因為環境真的很差，房東還要我們給五顆星好評

期望太高 地方夠大，但清潔情況真的差，房間的床上明顯有汙垢及頭髮，瞓完一定身㾗😨😨😱😱，廁所連廁紙都冇，要自己去超市買 泳池的水質不適宜游泳，游完身體出現紅點 總括除左地方夠大，冇其他可取之處

希望下次有改善

酒店和照片相符，實際上比照片上更好看！設施都很新，位置也很方便，點外賣過來非常方便，和朋友們在一起渡過了完美的假期

採光很好，有太陽的地方真的太好出片了！！！整個房間都變得唯美又夢幻，簡直自帶美顏，而且房間空間也大 衞生打掃挺乾淨，太喜歡了，下次來一定選他家

Disgusting, unprofessional, and a total scam. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any property — avoid this place at all costs. We arrived at 2 PM and were handed the keys by a maid. The first thing we noticed? The entire place looked abandoned — grass and weeds growing wild all around the house like no one had taken care of it in months. We gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the inside would be better. Big mistake. The house was filthy. Cockroaches everywhere. The bathtub was full of body hair (and not the kind from a head), and the bedsheets smelled absolutely vile — like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. We told the maid immediately that the place needed to be cleaned. And then we waited. And waited. It took SIX HOURS for someone to come clean the house — we were forced to sit in that filth until 8 PM. When we checked out, we notified the property that we’d be leaving by 11 AM. The maid arrived late, checked the house, and told us the deposit would be returned soon. But instead of returning it, we were told to leave the property and kept waiting with zero updates. This was not clearly communicated upfront. • Kitchen appliance issues: Electrical appliances in the kitchen were not functional. • Insufficient kitchenware: Only minimal utensils were provided — just one plate, one bowl, one fork, one spoon, one knife, and a single glass, which were clearly not enough for a group. • Poor communication with property management: When issues were reported, the responses were slow and unhelpful, making it even more frustrating to deal with the problems. Overall, the property appeared neglected, poorly maintained, and unprepared to receive guests. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the high expectations set by the misleading listing and the price we paid. If you are searching for a clean, fully-equipped, and professionally managed pool villa, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. I sincerely hope this honest review helps future travelers avoid the same disappointment.
